If I remove my primary clutch for cleaning and reinstall keeping track of any shims and set it to the proper torque my alignment shouldn't change should it? It's running good now with no belt problems, I just want to do a thurough cleaning of my clutch, but I don't have an alignment tool yet. Thanks GIL
Alignment is reliant on engine mount, so no it will not change. You do need special tools to remove it though and it is a left handed thread. I would consult a service manual before attempting.

should not be any shims with primary, THEY WILL BE WITH SECONDARY. AND YES KEEP TRACK IF YA REMOVE THIS. ONLY TIME CLUTCHES HAVE TO BE reALIGNED IS IF MOTOR IS REMOVED FROM SLED. 3:16 (yammie tony)
