in compiling the pdf manual archive in the vip section i've come upon a manual for a 2005 vk540III. anyone know what sled this is?
the viking 540. pretty much the same sled since its introduction back around 1988.
had the 538cc fanner based on the srv/vlv sleds, some ridiculoulsy long and wide track like a 20" wide by 156". always thought it was funny when all the rags were raving on the 16" wide doo tracks when those sleds had em even wider for years, still do.
more of a workhorse than a trail sled. had some way cool ideas for storage under the seat. you could just about pull a cord of wood along with the ice shanty and still move along.

ah yes. forgot about that sled. don't see many around here. thanks guys, i'll get that manual up in the vip section
do not see too many because most of the owners are out working with them or fishing. my uncle has all 3 models and they work hard all the time.
