getting ready to order some new hyfax`s.any better than others?first timer :)
are woody duallies worth the money on the front?2004 sx viper.

graphites go a little longer but you will notice when using them you dont have a problem with them sticking, if you get in marginal conditions the oems will tend to heat up and start sticking a little( you notice the motor boging and loosing power until you get back into some snow to lube em up again). with the graphites even when they heat up you will just smell em a little but they dont start sticking like others. besides your only saving a couple bucks if you get oems, well worth the money. definetely the duallies are worth the money, they will get rid of all the darting from riding in other peoples skag marks(especially from them ski do dual runner skis). night and day, i use em on all my sleds, i have a set of pilot skis on my one viper and it is not any better than the duallys/ stock skis on the other sleds. they are pretty comparable on trail but off trail i think the oems carve better. dont let the price of duallys scare ya either cause they last alot longer than regular ones. the only negative i have about em is that when they start getting wore a little they push in the corners quite a bit compared to singles. just getting rid of the darting makes me pretty happy though. if you have problems with premature wear you can shim up the ski rubber on the rear of the saddle to make the ski set better and wear more even instead of eating off the nose of em, they do also make different rubbers that do the same thing.

Im running woody 6", I have put on a set of 8"to try but havnt got many miles on em. I have saw some like arrow and others that are spaced apart a little wider I thought about trying also
