I have a 97 MM700 and i have a question about this sled. Yesterday, as i do every month, i fired it up and warmed it up. (no snow on the ground, except a 1/4 of an inch) It ran strong, after the belt was engaged at about i believe 4K or wherever it is set from the factory. But initially off the line, it had a bit of bog, and backfired twice. The compression is fine, 115-120-115 as it was just recently rebuilt, my pto went down last spring, and the carbs were cleaned as well. Any suggestions. I cant wait to ride it.

I think your sled needs to be ran for a while to really clean it out from the summer blues.Let some good gas flow threw and it will no doubt go back to normal.

My MM600 done the same thing. When stopped or going it hesitates when when you hit the throttle. Being the first run i had on it this year i figured it was normal but as i rode it all day it was still doing the same thing.

I would definately drain that gas and put some fresh stuff in there. If that doesn't do it, then I would go back through the carbs. I have had the same thing happen to me. Soc
