I'm working on a Kawasaki 650SX and am wondering if I bore the cylinders 1mm over if I need to do anything with the head? Or can I run it with the way it was stock?
Thanks guys.

I've never done anything to the heads when boring over, unless I find a problem with clearance. I check the clearance in the squish band, in case the new piston's crown has different dimensions. I typically check the squish with solder wire.
