2005-2006 Yamaha Sno-Cross sled?

Gentlemen, wala, your Yamaha prototype sno-cross sled. No furrther comment at this time, considering this pic should not even be public.
 

Yamaha's R&D Division put it together, and have been running it up North.

I've only ridden there once, it was fantastic, I definetly want to go up there again sometime. I've also hiked it 3 times, I love the Knife Edge.

havent hiked it lol. but if you make plans to come up here PM me or something im like 30 minutes from there. I have room here for people if you need a place to stay.
 
That sled is one that was build by a Scandnavian sno-x team.
You wont see anything like that here in the US anytime soon, unless the WSA changes their rules for the open class.
Currently they limit you to 800cc.

Most other forms of sled racing allow the RS in the 500cc two stroke class, and its killing other 500 cc sled. The age old "2 stroke makes twice as much power as a similar size four stroke are gone". I really think a stock RS should be allowed in the stock 600 class, simalar engine output.
