Hey Guys,
Just picked up a pair of used skis. Can you help me identify what year and sled they came off of so I can order the correct carbides...??
I'm thinking of putting some shaper bars on them. Other suggestions would be appreciated too!

Those are the dual purpose OEM 5.5 skis. They use the GYTR carbides if u want OEM. Otherwise, look up anything for a 1998 SRX Mountain.

Anyone know of any Shapers or Dooly's that would fit??

that ski in particular had two different carbide configurations. had to do with the bolt orientation on the runner itself. off the top of my head, 98-99 were different than later years. they ran that ski up through 02 or 03 on the mtn max.
i can tell you the 98-99 ones had these mounting bolt dimensions: starting at the rear, spaced at 4 5/8"-6 1/4"-4 7/8"(apprx +/- 1/8. i dont have a newer one handy, but i can tell you the skis look the same until you try and install the wear bars. then you will find the difference.
as for what to run, i dont use bars with carbides on them, strickly wear bars for me.
i have some saddles if you need them.

Do you have any carbides that have a somewhat similar bolt pattern? My USI skis had three bolt holes line up and one didn't (using the carbides that was on it's stock ski). Just drilled another hole in the USI and I could use either the stock carbide for a 97 SX7 or the one that was supposed to be on that particular USI SS Railer.

They should fit. When I bought my NOS 5.5 Dual purpose skis last year, they came from two separate sellers on ebay, and they had different part numbers. The keels were the same, and they both used the same GYTR 6in carbides that I used on my stock narrower skis (4.5's) on my 00 SXR.
