how do you remove the pistons from the connecting rod? i can't figure it out. i see some sort o circlip holding the rod in the piston but i don't know how to get it off. thanks!

pry it out with a small flat screwdriver. also put something over the open area underneath the piston so you dont drop anything into the crankcase!

Use pliers made for removing circlips, then push the pin out of that end. I dont think using a flat screwdriver is the best way to remove the circlip.
As stated above make sure you cover the opening to your case....could turn an easy job into a hard job real quick.
