I know there's some to be had there but has anyone actually dynoed one with a production sled run at the same time as a baseline. just curiouse how much there is to gain there.

Mine with the motor to spec with the stock air box made 150.The dyno usually reads about 2hp less then other dynos.I didn't have a race cdi at the time otherwise I would have gotten more out of it.Certain types of k&n's make more power to.I think Allens sled made 6 hp with the filters over the stock airbox.On the same dyno my buddies xc 600 made 117hp and after blueprinting and tuning the jetting in with a race cdi box it made129hp

Can you get away with a Race cdi in the stock class? or is it one of those things that's illegal but they have no way of checking.

Everyone is allowed to have a reprogrammed boxes and fuel controllers are legal for the efi sleds in the stock class.

What is a stock SRX making for hp? Probably around 140 for the 00 - 02 models?
Most 2000-2002 are 140-144 98-99 are around 134-138
Yeah, that's a considerably high amount for a 700!
