I'm guessing it's an on / off problem and so he was able to start this thread at some point.

i cannot get on on my laptop on internet explorer but can get on by usein mozilla as my search engine its crazy on my home comp i get on no problem help me please

May it have something to do with how you have popups set up differently on your internet explorer?
