I have a very good viper rolling chassis with m-10 136 1.25 track, boss seat, excellent condition with no motor and have a ton of srx parts including a great running stock 01 srx 700 motor. what problems am i going to have to work around to put that srx motor in the viper?? what has to be done to the stock srx pipes?? i have the srx wire harness ready to go into the viper. has anyone done this?? what wall will i hit when putting the pipes on??

motors are the same block just different heads and pipe/pipes should bolt in but you will have to plum the water and run exhaust your self

shouldn't be much in the way for adapters for the exhaust since youre putting srx pipes to srx cyls. probably just more of clearance issues to fit in the viper. probably similar to what the guys who ran the srx pipes on Viper motors had to do. do a search on
. should give you some ideas on that. you'll also need to use all the electrical components from the srx, cdi, powervalve motor, etcsrx pipes in viper

you have to cut the belly pan away above the shock tower to clear the SRX pipes.
