For a couple years now I have keeping track of all the different Bender helix part numbers and their specs that are given on this site double checking the answers with my list. I have found that this is a very popular subject on here. Their is one guy on here that knew most of them I think his name is Doug. Here is the list I have came up with off this sight:

Is this a good helix to run with heel clickers in a stock 01 srx.This is the helix bender recommended,i know a lot of people say you should run a 50/40 but bender said it was too steep and only good for short drags.
