Yes it is a little banged up but is still a 90 pontiac sunbird that i use for fiqure 8 racing on dirt tracks. Here i have my lucas oil mean green wrecking machine next to my sons blue cavalier in a feature race in southern ontario.I never thought i could make team lucas oil but with some hard work and good sportmanship i did it.tks guys.

Nice use of the front bumper horn near the end and those cat like reflexes to back up and get around him.
 
Rick and friends tks so mutch for the birthday wishes i am so pumped up right now i can hardly punch these goddam keys ./........i just won the champinship race with 65 cars entered for the end of the season race in rocton ontario !!!!!!The lucas oil mean green wrecking machine held off alot faster and alot younger drivers for the year end race that was nothing short of a full on battle.I have to thank lucas oil freinds and family and the guys that put up with me at totaly yamaha for the insperation to hold her right down tell the foor boards crack !!!!!!

This is my feature win filmed by my daughter who was trying to follow her brother and i at the same time.The #10 car was the fastest on the track but took a hard hit in the rear axle and broke the tranycase trying to drag it around to finish the race.We ended up scraping the car after removing parts that had been just put on to get it ready for the race.http://youtu.be/9_qU5QeMswc

Well another season has started and i am proud to say i won my first feature of the year with the green machine!

Very hard heat race with some top guys running and looking to take anyone out that got in there way.5 time points champ peter becker was in my heat and passed me around lap 10 but got stuck in the mayhem after i gave him a inside push before the block cutting him off before he could dust me.

Well like they say a win is a win anyway you look at it.Hope i get some more.lol

Well another season of fiqure 8 racing is over haveing run our champinship race yesterday. I did not have the luck i had last year but am very happy to say i won the seasons point total with 72 points 15 ahead of 2nd place.6 feature wins 4 ...2nd place feature wins and 5 heat wins made it a season to remember.A five foot 6 tall trophy and a nice leather racing jacket is mine and makes the last 4 years of racing well worth it.No longer feal like the old slouch from the couch but a acomplished driver that can hold his own at any track.

Rick Mercer from the Mercer report was there and did a run with a rollover car.I have to say he has some balls for pulling off as good of run as the rest of the guys that do it all the time.I saw one camera go flying when he flipped.The show is going to be aired on october 30th.
