1997 POLARIS ULTRA SPX question

My dad made all kinds of carb adjustments then found 2 plugs had no gap. No he can't get carb set right. Does anyone have factory settings for carbs. He want's to sell this machine but needs to be adjusted first. Machine has less than 300 miles on it. What would this thing be worth?
