snowmobile licences help!!!

i live in ny and my dad and me took the course last year and you are suppose to get a card sent to you but we never got it. i can not find one number to call (stupid nys) do you guys know any thing that can help??? (p.s. i am 14 so i do need the licence!)

Try this number 518-402-9428 If they cant help you they should at least be able to direct you to someone that can. Also did you try looking in the phone book for a DNR/DEC phone number? There usually is contact info in there.
