Guys, I have to replace the drive chain in my 02 SRX. The machine is bone stock. I am installing a reverse kit and I will be replacing the chain due to the fact that it is stretched and the adjustment is near its limit. There are two listed on the parts listing, a 68 link and a 70 link. Which one will I order? Thanks.

Anyone out there?
It depends on what gears you have. Post what the top and bottom gears are or you can go to the tech pages and the gearing/chain chart is there for you to view.

srx big bore help
I have a srx 787 top end that was given to me from a friend that got out of snowmobiling. I have 3 pistons like new, 3 cylinders and heads. 1 cyl needs repair. who built these 787 motors?? where can i get a cyl repaired? is the 787 a good big bore combination?? Reliability?? I have a bender 835 and it has been great to me, 5,000 miles and not a problem. Just putting new pistons in. I dont know anything about the 787. the guy that gave me it had a 780 from maxium performance that he blew up without to many miles on it. aquired this top end but never used it, went back to stock and sold the sled. anyone out there can help me??

Does the stock 2002 SRX come standard with the 70 link chain or is it the fact that I am installing a reverse kit that requires the 70 link chain. Thanks.
