Thanks guys for the info you's gave me for removeing skid. I've got the skid out, now i need to remove shock. I guess i have to compress the shock before i undo the bolts. Is there a tool for this or any hints on what i can use to do it. Thanks for any info.

No need to compress shock. For the front smaller shock i loosen the limiterstraps to take off any tension on w arm. But other than that they both just unbolt and take off.
