Anyone have the jetting chart for a '95 vmax 600 with the GYT pipes? I've got the chart for the SLP pipes which might be similar, that calls for 155 main at 0-3000 ft (10-40 degrees air temp), pilot jet of 52, 2.5 on the needle, and air screw out 1/2 turn.

I pulled these off this forum a few years back.

double pipe... I've seen the attached images that braindead attached, they are missing the chart for the non-smart carb though.

Hey smokingcrater i installed a set on my 94 last year. All have to find my paper with the spec. i know am running 52.5 pilots at 300ft and there say to put Q8 jet only on one side but there a later recall to put 2 of them. all look for the papers tomorrow and get back to you.

Found it up to 3500ft pilot jet #50 pilot air screw 1 1/8 turn out jet needle clip #2.5 do you need spring, weights, rivets, etc specs?

sweet! Do you have main jet also? Nope, don't need clutch specs... i'm running a polaris p85 that is fairly well dialed in.

I've had that yamaha 2 years already and have never really been happy with the jetting. It was extremely rich when I got my hands on it, so I dropped the needle 1 clip. Its better, but I'd like to see what the recommended is at least.

155 at 0-300ft 152.5 at 300 to 2000ft (147.5 at 2000 to 4000ft 1 turn air screw and #20 needle clip). Ya i had the same problem till i got my self EGT gauge and started to tune it in with the gauge. Best thing i ever got and is like night and day but give you a warning before you melt everything.

Im installing a set of gyt pipes on my 94 vmax 600. I see the chart says for a 95 vmax the air mixture screw should be 2 turns out, but Marc 8 says 1 1/8 turns out for a 94. Can anyone confirm exactly what to set this at?
