hey guys i send hundreds of boxed every year with usps and a good portion of them going to canada and it seems like canada has the worst postal system always take forever ..i sent 2 boxes on oct 3 one to manitoba and the other went to norway the one to norway got there like a week ago or more and the one to canada is still somewere ...i had the same problem with some exchanger protectors a year ago or so and they showed up 3 months later ...am i the olny one that has had this problem ? looks like i am gonna have to use some other form of shipping ..but hate to cause this is gonna cost a good deal more to the customer but it is looking like i have no choice but to do so to protect my reputation ...this just really upsets me i do these valves with a rush cause i know shipping takes longer ..to have this happen make me feel like i could have walked them to the customers door faster ...

I have had the same problem sending stuff over the boarder, sometimes it's fast and other times... it takes forever! This is just my expirience, I can't help you with other shipping ideas.

works both ways actually. If one goes Priority thru UPS..it should be there like in 3 to 5 days.I have actually had items for my boat motor cross the border in like under 2 days..but then while it is in the Winnipeg system..it takes 4 days or more..go figure. With UPS only..if you are not home they won't leave parcel. They give you 3 chances and then either send it back or give it to the post Office. You would think with the money they now charge for shipping stuff..it would be delivered on time.(reasonable that is).I can't see paying more in shipping then what a part costs itself..that is stupid to say the least. And this is not even xmas season yet..imagine the shipping confusion then.... :o| :o| :o|

a lot of times customs can hold things up as well...what a world we live in eh..Service has gone down the tube it seems and only getting worse as they double there rates probably....

anything i buy out of the us, i count on a minimum of 2 weeks through usps. but i have gotten parts shipped for my xt350 from cali that beat a part i had shipped from wisconson (sry if spelled wrong) by a week! i have also had ups take 2 weeks to get me a rush order so some of it has to be customs.

heck the women at the postal office tell me whitch day my stuff showed up and usually it only waits for me there 2-3days.

ya i have even done some guranteeded overnite and it didnt show up when it was suppost to ,,,olny good thing is you get you money back if it dont show up on time but thats 32 dollars to canada for 9 ounces (3power valves)..post office is like the weather man dont have to be rite but still get paid

you think the same as I do about weather man/woman,they are never right and still get paid..why?????? Here the Postal workers don't seem to make enough..like $25 plus dollars isn't enough..they need more..and a great pension to boot. There is no more service to be had...it is all about the buck and how much they can make..screww the customer..he'll understand... :o|

so..I got my valves today Rich.thanks for the fix on the ends..Shipping here wasn't to bad, usually they say 10-14 days average. That would not include weekends and Thanksgiving Holiday.Otherwise it got here in 13 days.I believe it took the same time to send them to you originally also..
Funny USPS don't update their site on tracking as it still shows it has been accepted at your Postal Outlet on Oct 3..someone is really doing their job..lol.Why offer tracking if you don't update it in transit...

at least I have my spare valves and no worries of a pull thru..You do good work bud.... ;)!
