I started this project at the end of july and just got everything finished other than the tuning the carbs and clutching. Here is the list of things I did.

MPI peak performance head 22cc domes
Carbon Tech reeds
Reed spacers
Opticool Head Gasket
Custum Made Seat
It took so long because of waiting for parts and help with the sled. This is the first sled that I have done any types of mods to and hope to have good luck with it.

Looks Great!! I did notice that the handlebar pad is upside down though... 
YA it moves around a lot. I was messing with it before I took the picture.
