Two places I know of handle sled cylinders: U.S. Chrome and Millenium. I exchanged a damaged SRX cylinder for a replated unit at Millenium in April. Excellent service, I had the replacement cyclinder in about 3 days after placing an order.
I had 2 bad cylinders from millenium and didn't stand behind them, went back to U S chrome, they know how to take care of a customer.

Got one cyl from millenium, ran it for couple hundred miles. I had to pull the head and found some pitting already. Sent it back & got another one. No problems with service, but not happy it wasn't done good the first time.

they only blow up if you are running lean,or run ethanol and didn't jet up or your engine isn't getting oil or your carbs are dirty.Uusually the later seems to be the culprit.I have tried to blow up my motors.rode them hard and still didn't blow on me.If everything is up to snuff..pretty hard to blow up a Yamaha motor.

I sent 3 of my srx cylinders to US chrome this summer and exchanged them for the summer special of $120 each. The ones sent back looked brand new, very nice job and the price was amazing.
