Where there ever any production sleds made that drive the track directly off of the secondary clutch without the use of a jackshaft and gears? If so, what were they and how does it affect the primary clutch cam profile, cam weight, spring and how does is affect the helix and spring in the secondary?

Polaris had a few. I think Cat had one , and Cat also had a fluid drive deal too.

I think the reincarnation of the scorpion had it as well. I think what they had done was use smaller drivers with a larger diameter secondary. This causes the tunnel by your foot to be super low as you need to protect the now lower clutch from wacking the ground. This was one of the many, many reasons the scorpion was such a hideous sled.
