Hey Guys havent been on the 2-stroke side in a while since i had to say good bye to my 2002 Mountain Max. But I thought I'd share some photo's from my trail ride today.
planning a serious trip into the backcountry next tuesday, plenty more snow in the forecast.
I hated to see my MM700 go but I think im really gonna love this Apex.

Its got a 162" but the track is pretty chewed, but in my garage is a brand new camoplast extreme 162x16x2.5
The photo's wont stop anytime soon, I just spent alot of time working to get that new sled, There coming dont worry, Im back this season with a New Sled, tons of New Gear and Equipment.
Were gonna be exploring alot of new areas this year, and taking the sled on the road to Golden, Revelstoke, Pemberton and every other day It will be lapping the backyard (Whistler Backcountry).
heres a couple more shots of my sled, I just wrapped it on the weekend.

Ok, Nicko, thats the least I could do for the TY Community, The invitation is on the table for any Totally Yamaha Member that wants to make an effort to come ride the Whistler Backcountry with me. I will make an effort to guide to some awesome terrain.
(Photos from my 1st Backcountry Tour)
09 Phasers and Nytros for rent
Nothing like learning to ride on the rental sled, 7$ insurance and you can roll it as many times as you want.
They even let us jump the sleds (this depends on skill level, I had no previous experience but learned fast)
-I work for a local Hotel in Whistler and can help arrange lodging.
-I am good friends with the Local Snowmobile Tour Companies, for sled tours and rentals.
-I have friends that own the Local Shop, Revolution Distribution, here in Whistler, with a solid reputation, they have been helping me and my friends with Part's, Maintenance, and exceptional service since day 1. I trust my Sled with these guys. They also Rent Avalanche gear.
-Deep powder riding experience is a bonus, but not necessarily needed, I'm willing to teach and train the technical aspects and skills needed to Powder Ride in the Mountains.
If any Totally Yamaha Members or crew have any interest In Coming to BC for a ride Please leave a comment below, Im curious to see the feedback.

Nice decals! Where are they from? Hard to install? If I have an Apex or Vector one day I would warp it like yours.

I did the tour in Whistler a couple years ago. I wish we had upgraded to Nytro's but it was worth it (I wasn't impressed with the Phazer).
There wasn't as much snow when we went either, I still managed to get it burried though, lol
Insurance was a bit more, $18. My buddy got his money's worth...
He tried to cut over a little slope and some how managed to wedge himself into the side of the hill and one of the only trees on it. The headlight got busted off, no injuries

HTR Sled wraps, extremely easy, I solo'd 90% of it with a hair dryer.

Now that you think of it, I did get half off on the tour. probly explains the cheap insurence.
the phasers are tippy and roll so easy.

Made acess into the backcountry yesturday on My Apex mountain and the snow was awesome!!!
great day to test and I really like this sled, theres only minor issues with the steering, its pretty sloopy. but ill take care of it.
I love the timbersled suspention, cant wait to put my new camoplast extreme track when we get more snow.
I need to get a ROV on there asap
The lake was looking sketchy so we didnt cross.
But ill post some more pics this week.
