I just ordered a couple Transfer Enhancement kits from MPI. I talked to "Bear", he was extreamly knowledgeable and well versed. We are traveling to Montana this winter, hoping to get the front ends up a little. Kits are for the SXR and Viper. Al

They work and work well. What really makes them work is the removal of the transfer rods in the back of the skid. You can make the Mt Viper a complete wheelie machine on hard pack with the transfer rods removed. Of course, off trail this translates to getting the nose up. The straps hold the skid up a bit so it doesn't just completely hang down in deep powder. Good luck with the mod.
Yah your sled will wheelie. But it will be hard to control when climbing in the trees. Been there done that.

Yep Sarge, I concur. I actually put my transfer rods back in, was just too squirrelly without them.

Mine work well. If you get them adjusted right their not that bad on the trails. I do have to say that these are on a MM, they were installed when it was still a 141" and worked good, but are even better since I stretcted it to 162". I could see where they might be to squirrely on the shorter tracks. But they are easily adjustable to get the desired ski lift you want. My sled will never have transfer rods on it again, sold them.
Assuming you had to call them up?
I can't find them for sale on their site
