86 Bravo Dash Paint

I would like to paint the dash on this bravo. It has been out in the sun I guess for many years and the black has faded. Does anyone know what the dash is made of or what to paint it with that will last? Any help would be appreciated.

i'd have to go look at the kids but if it's a colored plastic SEM vinyl dye.
