Question: where do sleds that are considered totaled by insurance companies go?
I would certainly think that with the rarity of reverse on the srx, sxr and vipers, a person could probably make a good chunk of change visiting junkyards and selling the reverse parts.
Also there should be tons of engines laying somewhere for replacements.
WHAT DOES THE INSURANCE DO WITH A SLED WHEN ITS TOTALED??
thanks

they are auctioned or bought by wholesalers who then turn around and make money off em just as you indicated

to add to that, my ex brother in law is an adjuster for state farm. I tried to get in on that action but they had a place that bought everything already. hard nut to crack.
