I have a 95 Vmax when i give it gas the speedo goes up to about 20 mph then sticks and jumps up to a higher speed after a bit. Any suggestions?

Maybe the speedo pin going bad....could be that but you would have to pull the bearing cover/speedo cable to check for sure..
