just figured id put up a post about impact drivers... i bought mine for 20 bucks plus tax at advanced auto and included a pic. mine came with the attachment and 2 flat head bits and 2 phillips head bits. the bits are oversized on the adapter end so you cannot use the common sized interchangeable screwdriver bits... But they are invaluable for removing stubborn or even half stripped flat head, phillips head, allen head, even torx, or even using with 3/8 drive sockets. you would be amazed what they will take out. basically you set the drive for the direction you want. then you slam the end of the impact driver with a hammer and 95 percent of the time all of your aggravating frustrations go away with a loosened nut or bolt... satisfying... :WayCool:

Yep have been using one for years and saves allot of head ack's. If you have a stripped phillips head I use a dremel with a small cutting wheel and make a slot across the top and use the flat head in the impact.
