viper Power cuts out on acceleration

My viper sounds like its on a rev limiter when i try to rev it up..is that the TORS or TPS switch gone bad?

Disconnect the tors wires and plug both sides together to bypass the switch. If it stops it is the Tors switch.

Dumb question but what wires are they?

they rt the 2 wires going to and from the throttle lever area on the carbs.

Right where the big coolant hose goes to the head you'll see two wires. One black/yellow and one brown. Bullet connectors. Those are them. Check your throttle lever free play also. What are the idle rpm's. Let us know.
