Hi, I am currently extending my 2000 sxr from a 121 to a 136 i made a tunnel extension and now im im putting on my rail extensions. I ordered SLP rail extensions and when i put them in they dont actually sit level with the rails. Am i missing something or is it just not suppose to be level with the rail?
Thanks in advance, matt

I think the should line up right up. pictures would help. I did this last year, but it was with a Hartman kit and it was 141"-162" with hyfax extensions.
I have installed a track USA kit on the Viper, I hade to custom grind and file for exact fitment. I made sure the rails were parrallel and flush. Take your time and make sure it is perfect. Al

some of those ext.'s have tipped up rails. Gives u the 136 ability in the snow, & 121 feel on the trail.

Thanks guys i guess i over looked the SLP ext and didnt know there was a kit that did or did not extend the hyfax as well (SLP uses stock hyfax). So after a weekend of wrenching i got the rail extensions on and made my own tunnel extension just need to throw the suspension back in which if ANYONE has a good technique on how to get it in please let me know lol.....pics to come shortly
You can go thru this thread of the My old Viper that I extended.
