Machine is a 2000 SRX700
Machine blew head gaskets/seals last year. Blew the cap off of the coolant resevior, fried the pistons, damaged the exhaust valves, etc. Heads were warped and I had them machined back to flatness tolerances. Got it back together and there is coolant leaking from 2 or 3 of the head bolts. When installed they were torqued to spec (two steps). Should I be installing new bolts and washers for the head since the engine overheated?
Any pointers or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
TIA

I had this happen to mine and I added 5lbs of torque to the bolts and it worked. Not sure if it.was the right thing to do but it worked for me.
