I pulled all the wheels off an x10 skid and repacked the bearings. I also pulled the arms off to repaint everything to guard against rust. Does anybody know what I should torque the bolts to when I put everything back together?

Best I can do is general torque specs. Tech section under misc, @ 6 topics down there are torque values for pretty much any smaller sized bolts and their composition. Should be applicable to pretty much anything I would think.

right... tighten it as tight as it will go and then give another 1/4 of a turn for good measure.

German torque = good-n-tite (spoken w/ a heavy german accent)
Tighten until it spins freely.

I prefer the TFAR method, which often goes along with the TLAR method of measuring...

I always go snug and then some, usually pretty accurate... HA! Actually, I put a hub in my sisters focus last winter and my torque wrench was out of commission so, I used a breaker bar and my foot. Wasnt comfortable doing it that way so I called my old man up and had him bring his over. Ended up being 6 ft lbs. shy of my goal of 173. I've never gotten that close again.
