97 sx vmax 700 how to split primary apart

I have a 97 vmax and the belt is squaling and the the sled wants to move forward at idle.Theres some slack between the slider snd the front plat of the primary clutch.In order to do that i have to undo the spider which in my manual said to use a spider seporator but no yamaha dealers say they can get them they tell me to bring it down and they will do it but im not that kind of person i want to do it myself so can anyone tell me where to get one or make one please.

Not sure if its what your talking about but search "clutch tools" or home made clutch tools. seems like they are a pretty easy to make and cheap.
