Are you talking about adding it to the rear. If so mine was from a 99 that I put on mine. It fit right in place of the rear crossover (balance) tube. I just had to drill the mouniting holes in the tunnel for the rivets and I made my own guards. I think they're posted in the tech section.Gil
i got mine from a 2000 srx it fit fine. almost a direct rivit in piece. not much customizing involved you havta drill a new hole for the cooant bleeder as it is in a different location. i had trouble with getting the oem srx proctecters in and had to cut down the plastic slides on the top of the tunnel by about 3/8 inch as well. idk if others have had to do the same or not though... looks stock when done.

cool thanks for the info. im def going to install one. will 1" studds be ok?
assuming your talking about having a 1 inch track studded you will be just fine.its when you put a 1 1/4 track on with studs is when you would potentially have problems but mainly from the front exchanger because of tight clearances. thats why people drop to smaller drivers with bigger tracks on these.rodny51082 said:cool thanks for the info. im def going to install one. will 1" studds be ok?
