I bought a 85 phazer in very good shape with very low miles last winter. The sled had been sitting on a shelf in a garage since 96. I brought it home cleaned everything up fresh oil and gas and it fired right up. Second slow lap around the yard and the engine seized up. One of the main bearings burnt up. I would like to widen the skis and add a long track skid, should I or should I start with something that already runs good. I cant find anyone local in Wisconsin to take apart the crank to replace the bearings and I cant find any good used engines. What should I do?
