I had my hand warmer wires disconnected when troubleshooting them last season and forgot which way they go. Yellow/red wire attaches and to which grip and then the black sled wire to the other side grip...and then the other two warmer wires go to each other? That sound correct ? Does it matter which color and to a certain grip and also to which wire?

you got it . yellow/red to one grip(dont matter which one) black to the other grip and the two remaining grip wires to each other.
