i started my sled just now ant let it run for 5 min and i was seeing watery, milky white liquid coming out the pipe! it was smoking good too! pleas help! i ran it like 5 days a go nothing was happening! i suppose this is not normal? :?

could have been condensation burning off since the moisture is so high in the air ...check the antifreeze make sure it is full and let it run a few minuites than put it up on a stand and rev it up and clear it out and see what happens

I agree with YA*AM*A*HEAD. If you run your sled and dont bring the exhaust up to operating temperature you will most-likely have condensation in the pipe causing your issue. If you were burning anti freeze the liquid will be either a dark green or mor towards black, not to mention your exhaust will have a sweet smell.

Assuming it is not a coolant leak (I know, assumptions are always a bad idea) what you are seeing is exactly why you should NOT run an engine for short periods of time. Water is a by-product of combustion of the gasoline. When the engine is first started and it is cold (cold relative to the temp of the exhaust gases), the condensation develops on every surface touched by the exhaust. You need to get the entire engine and exhaust system up to operating temp. before you will evaporate all the condensation. Some people swear by starting stored engines periodically during the off-season, OK to do as long as you get the entire engine and exhaust system to the end of the exhaust up to operating temp., difficult to do unless you run it on a stand.

snip Jim's probable assumption.

it was not fogged for the summer i started it and let it run for about 15 mins every other week[/QUOTE]
i do to every on thinks it is bad but my opinion is if it starts and runs good its fine!

Still think that if it starts and runs good you're fine?

Fog it next spring and leave it alone.
