snowcross na!!

Probably not the right section but anyway, I'm not a big fan of the snowcross i find it rather boring now what i would like to see is a F1 /Indy style road course. There is nothing more competitive. Nice long straight to a tight hairpin corner. Start them off just like a F1 race, do the qualifying runs and pole posi.tion. Don't know why it never happened but i think it would be some good racing.

you got that right.I prefer to see Indy style races or drags myself,snow cross does nothin for me but bet you them guys are going to have sore and aching bodies the rest of their life...Oval ice ovals are great also.

An ice oval the same size as Indianapolis Motor Speedway would be a great race. Speed is the reason for racing and the Formula One type of course stops the racing everytime they have to brake for the tight corners.

They do have cross country races, that look more interesting to me than Snocross.

when I was in my early 20's,they used to run cross country Races fromSouth of Winnipeg all the way to St Paul Minneapolis .Now that was a good cross country racing.To bad they stopped it,but i think because there never was enough snow to go the entire route.

I believe its called Ice LeMans ..... just not as popular as Cross country or SnoX

It was called International 500..race would go from either Winnipeg or St Paul.Here is a clip from 1993. There were a lot of hardships in the race.Blowing snow,real cold temps,guys breaking ski's..etc..

Bet that I-500 nascar type racing would be a blast to watch.

I did watch the Red Lake I-500 bits and pieces last year...(cross country racing) and that also was wicked......I have to earmark the link to keep my eyes on it this year. Ditch riding to the extreme!

to me, any racing on snow is good racing! each has its high points and its luls, but i think if its on snow, and its going fast, im game!
