Any of you mm guys ever swap in a Doo skid?
I swapped in an SC5 154 out of an '08 Summit X, it's a definite improvement over my last 2 setups but mine could use a bit more tweaking to get perfect.
Nice yeah I am working on mine right now and trying to get all my measurements all correct.
Here's a pic. I Think I'm going to lift and pull back the front mount about an inch, and I could use some fat boy springs. I saved 34 lbs over my extended extended stock skid by swapping this in.

SEXY!
On your front mount, how far back did you have to go
It's about 10.75" back from the drive axle (with the tape butted against the axle) and 12 73/4 in front of the stock center suspension mount hole.
The reason I want to move the front mount up is so the angle of the w arm or whatever they're called on Doos matches the approach angle of the track a little better, the tack gets a bit looser when the suspension is compressed the way it is now.
EDIT:
Here's a pic, BTW I have a 156 track
