Parts from an 03 viper on a 02 MM upgrades?

Hi all, I just bought an 03 mountain viper with a blown engine in it for a parts sled for my 02 Mountain max. I've already eyed a few things as "Upgrades", but what else could be swapped over from the viper to the MM?

So far:
Seat -maybe tank if there is any difference
144 track and the stuff to make that happen
Black handle grips in place of blue with the bar cover too

Open to ideas here as I'm fairly new to the viper and don't know much about it other than it's suppose to be "Better". Is there anything in the engine viper wise that could just bolt onto the redhead engine and be a cheap upgrade power adder?

use the bars from the viper along with the throttle and oil cables. its like adding a 3" rise. feels much better.

dont think you will find much for shared engine parts. clutches and carbs will interchange if you change the internals(weights and jets).

if the viper front end is all there, radius rods, spindles and trailing arms, swap them over to the mtn max.

Are the cables longer for the extra height of the viper bars?

I'm almost thinking I should keep the viper now and sell the MM. Or just sell the MM and buy a good condition viper and keep the other as a parts sled.

What do you guys think?
