Will a 15x121x1.25 Ripsaw track work and fit in a 99 SX 700?
Has anyone done this? What mods will i need to do? OR should i go back to the Predator 1.00? My 11 year old rides it and I thought i'd try and give him a deeper track to work with. Just don't need any headaches here so i thought I'd ask.

I had a 1,25 in my SXR and didn't remove protectors..I just trimmed a tiny bit of the track where it touches the protectors..worked fine.

Will a 15 X 121 X 1.00" fit without interfering with the tunnel / heat exchanger protectors?

Easily....you can go all the way to 1.25" depending on track lug style. Most are notched by track window/tunnel protector area.If not i just trim alittle or let it wear in.

My dad and I both had 1in predator tracks on are sleds. We both hated those tracks, so we switched to the 1.25in ripsaw. It is a night and day difference. But u do have to trim the track if you have protectors.
