There was a post on this before, about these I believe. They are very cheap chinese shocks and wouldnt waste the money. It would be like buying a circular saw at the grocery store. Sure it will work but for how long... 5 min or 5 years??

I couldnt find any posts with them on sleds but I bought a pair for my old blaster a while back and they were stiff but overall decent. Im just getting them for more experimentation then anything so il see how it goes. thanks for the concern anyways.
One other thing to take note of, is the actual shock travel. The overall length appears to be accomplished by lengthening the mount. Which means, you may go from having 8" of travel, to maybe 6" of travel
Also, at $90 plus $35 shipping, you would do better by rebuilding what you have.
Just my .02 cents

8" OF TRAVEL??? I get like 3.5" at the moment with the preload all the way up. I took the shock off today and I can get about double that until the sway bar brings up. To get both shocks rebuilt/valved/springed its gona cost about $200 without shipping. A pair of ohlins are used $600 on ebay. Are you familiar with snoprokid's viper and how he put iq440 springs on it. Could I get some viper shocks for mine or will they not fit. this is my first year with the sled and im not that familiar with everything yet.
