I know this topic has been covered a few times and I have done some searching but am confused on what I can and can't run. I have a 98 SRX, stock drivers, viper gearing/chaincase. Next step is to install an 05 fusion IQ skid, mountain max tunnel extension, and rail extensions. I found a 144x1.25 ripsaw that is studded. My question is what driver/stud combination is proven to work without issue? Should I install the skid dropped down to give me more clearance in the tunnel? I am confused on gearing also, with the viper gearing help or hurt with that track? thanks for the help.
i know 1.25 ripsaw is the tallest lug you can run on a stock srx ..so with studs you probally want to make sure you have your track tight so no ratcheting cause you could run the risk of a stud hitting the exchanger with a stock skid
