is there any way that you can change something on my 06 yamaha nytro so when you turn the key one the gauges come on to check fuel and other things

just with the key on, you should be able to read fuel level. i can't remember on my dads 05 vector exactly, but jump over to TY 4 stroke & they'll get you covered for sure.
