hi, i ran my viper this morning ran like a champ, parked it and went inside for some dinner and to watch snowtrax, and when i went out the sled started right up and i went to back it up into the garage and halfway into the garage it bogged out and died...i looked down and i forgot the choke full on...so i turned it off and pulled it over a few times and it backfired and doesnt want to start...so i thought to my self it must be flooded so i checked my plugs and sure enough they were..so i cleaned em up put em back in and pulled it a few times and it starts and about 4-5 seconds later it bogs down and shuts off...then when i try to pull it over again it just backfires and wont start...so i did the whole taking the plugs and cleaning them up process again...but when it back fires it blows out the exhaust gasket out of the pipe(where the header and pipe meet, looks like a donut gasket)...so whats the problem? is it just really flooded? so i am in the house just letting it sit and hopefully it will clear it self out, btw its not tuned up for the season yet, but still runs strong...help me please!

when the sled did start after it quit the first time it would just run for about 4-5 seconds and quit again..it did this 2 or 3 times...thanks for your help in advance..

Ithink i would run over to canadion tire and buy some new plugs.Have you done any preseason checks on the carbs?

.

Try new plugs first, when they foul there's no saving them.

Is this the first start of the year? Carbs were cleaned?

sorry i never replied...but yes i bought new plugs at work(canadian tire),lol...and fired back up...had it tuned since and runs great...thanks for your help guys..and im sorry for not replying...
