2 - 12 mm nuts in trunk - ratchet wrench works best.

a 1/4 in ratchet also works well

I find a couple 6" extensions and a universal joint works the best. Just my .02

Don't mean to steal the thread but I got a srx with the snaps on the front of the seat. Whats a good way to get them off. Mine seem corroded and don't want to pop off.
Thanks

Spray them with a little PB Blaster and let it work for a while. Then use some needle nose pliers or equivalent and try to turn them on the snap. Once they spin back and forth a bit, start pulling while working then back and forth. They should pop eventually.

I use a gasket scraper to help pry the snaps off. Be gentle they are easy to pull through or pull apart.

every time I pull mine the snaps pull thru the material and have to install new ones.So the trick is to pry them off with a screwdriver/flatbar and not tug on the seat material..getting sick and tired of having to re-install new ones every year. They should of made these Velcro fasteners instead,
