Like Bluemonster said, check your slack, make sure you've got 1-2 mil. at the throttle lever. Do a search on TORS. Tons of info.
If you don't have a manual yet for your sled, get one. Every spec you need is in that manual. Become a VIP member for $15.00 and you can download any manual you need. Well worth the $$. Plus that $$ goes to keeping this site running. Small price to pay for alot of knowledge.

Just had similar problem. My guess, since your getting the tps code, is a faulty tps. Seems to be a big problem this year. Anyways, I put a used on in and now runs great with no code.

well put the tps off my other viper on it and the engine light went off so thats one problems and the thors in the thumb throttle is the other problem i think cause when i unplug it, it does the same problem all the time like it wont even rev up at all but when i plug it back in it will rev off sometimes

You can't just unplug the TORS and leave them that way, you have to plug them back into each other. You have a male and female end coming from the thumb throttle, and the same coming from the carbs. Plug the ones coming from the carbs back into each other. That is what made it engage every time when you unplugged it...
