Could someone shoot a picture of their steering stem reinforcement?
I've got an idea in my head on what I need to fab up but I'm curious to see what someone is running that is established

page 4 so you dont have to go through the whole thing
Perfect.
May I ask what the two holes were for before you sealed them up?
And it looks like you did it with the motor out, curious if it's possible with the motor in?

there were no holes. I drilled those holes straight through the post before I inserted the pipe specifically for the purpose of plug welding the pipe in. so you end up with 4 plug welds. I did them 90* to each other. one between the bar clamp and post mount and one just below the post mount. my engine just happened to be out when I did it but I don't see why it'd have to be. I'd think just removing the air box would give you the room
I did the same as staggs but I added braces from the top plate to the outer tube as well. My reinforcement pipe was also as long as it could have been before it hit the bends.
Getting dragged out with a broken post once is enough for me, it sucked!
