Well we had some mild weather and the snow melted off the lake..leaving it glare. Last night it snowed alittle so the guys did some scraping and Viola a radar run. The "plowed" section was 2000'...but we did take a run at it.
The players:
Mike (thepowertosatisfy) - 03 Viper stock, studs
Dave - 01 SRX stock, studs
Doug - 04 RX-1 stock, studs
Me - 00 SXR not even close to stock, no studs
Jon - 99ish T-cat farther from stock then me!! (1100cc), studs
The speeds
#1 (obviously!!) Jon - 129 in 2000', 130 in 2010', 113 in 800' (ish)
#2 Dave - 120 in far, 117 in 2000'
#3 (tie) Mike - 114 in far, 111 in 2000'
#3 Doug - 114 in far...now is talking turbo lol..we just need to nail down his worn out clutching...
#5 Me!!! - 111 in far...I did go by the gun in a fishtail..studs are going in this week.
This was all in fun..not the greatest conditions but I gotta hand in to Mike's Viper!! Jeeez stock and revving at 9k!! I'm comin' for ya buddy...J says 117 is in the cards

There's still some more left in the SRX, he's still pulling too many R's through the entire run. The RX needs some clutching badly..primary is not working right at all. The only guy that was on his game was the Cat..lol. That thing flat out hauls. Kinda scarey looking down the gun at that thing comin' at you...like you're about to be hit by a 130mph bus.

Hey Doc. Nice to see you got it up here early. Crazy day yesterday. Think Dave's SRX will run much faster? I hope so. Kind of nice to see a stock SRX only 10 mph slower than a heavily moded T-cat. Next time i want to do different length runs and see where we are at. Maybee a 1000 ' and a 660' or a 500'. Be interesting to see how we compare then. Get your studs on and see how things go. I might have to leave lunch early and get a head start on you all the time this year....

J wants to head up this weekend and bring the Viper and Vector. The viper's geared for 136ish so that should be interesting. The first try is always the most expensive...
I'm sure there's more left in Dave's sled...not much more but he'll break Doug's top speed for sure...we just need the same wind lol.
