They will fit but the front end sits a bit lower than the ones with the aluminum saddle

Thanks, do you know if there are any negatives for steering/darting with the lower front end?

we put them on my brothers 97 vmax 700 sx and there were was nothing negative that I know of. Huge improvement over stock steel skis

Any update would be better...........but I still run modified stocks......... on the SRX,,,,,, other then that SLP-SLT's on the others..............................

Well my old Steel ski's are done, There are holes in them, and the Loops are now broken off, and with no reverse, its a real B*tch...lol

I was looking at Simmons, and the 7" Slydog powder Hounds, for more flotation, but the price is too high for me right now, esp since I am planning to upgrade Sleds to a 4 stroke next year....

Short track skis

Do the short track skis pick the front end up a little more? What is the advantage?

It's not the short track but the aluminum saddles on the older skis. It's not much but it is noticeable when sitting on the sled. I would still probably get the new ones without saddles because of the better keel and lighter weight.
